job:
You formulate proactive legislative recommendations based on literature and industry relevance. You anticipate trends and adjust regulations accordingly. You promote collaboration between all companies. You participate in benchmarking, analysis and reporting, contributing to various improvement projects. You take decisions to ensure effective communication between stakeholders, and implement project results by adapting regulations. You are the internal point of contact for relevant legal issues and contribute to the development and implementation of training courses
profil:
You have a master in law.

Flexibility: You adapt to change and react appropriately.
Customer focus: You offer a professional and responsive service to customers and stakeholders.
Proactivity and discretion: You take the initiative while respecting data confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS software (PowerPoint and Word).
Excellent command of French.
Knowledge of social legislation management, benchmarking or social secretarial experience a plus.
Basic knowledge of Belgian Railways structure and services, an asset.
